Want to display customer reviews from Google on your Blogger website? This guide explains how to add the Widget House Google Reviews Widget to one selected page or show it across your blog with an HTML/JavaScript gadget.
Before you begin, make sure you've created your widget and copied the installation code from your Widget House dashboard
Step-by-step guide to getting your Widget House widget code
Choose How You Want to Display the Widget
Add the widget to a single page
Log in to Blogger and select the blog where you want to install the Google Reviews Widget.
Open your Widget House dashboard and copy the complete installation code generated for your Google Reviews Widget.
The installation code contains a loading <script> and a <div> container with your unique widget ID. Keep both parts together and in the original order.
The code shown in this guide is an example. Always use the installation code from your own Widget House dashboard so the correct reviews, settings, and design are displayed.
Step 1: Open Blogger and Copy the Widget Code

In the Blogger dashboard, click Pages in the left-hand menu.
Open the existing page where you want the Google Reviews Widget to appear, or click New Page to create a new one.
If you want to add the widget to an individual blog post instead, open Posts and select the required post. The remaining installation steps are the same.
Blogger's home page is generated by the blog theme and does not appear as a standalone page under Pages. If you need the widget only on the home page, theme-specific conditional code may be required.
Step 2: Open the Page Where You Want to Add the Widget

In the page editor, click the editor view icon near the upper-left corner and select HTML view.
The Google Reviews Widget is static, which means it appears exactly where its installation code is placed inside the page content.
Find the exact position where you want visitors to see the reviews. For example, you can place the widget below an introduction, after a service description, above a contact section, before a call-to-action, or near the bottom of the page.
Make sure you insert the widget between complete HTML elements and not inside an existing paragraph, link, image, list, or another HTML tag.
A wide content area is usually the best choice for a reviews carousel, slider, or grid.
Step 3: Switch to HTML View and Choose the Widget Position

Paste the complete Google Reviews Widget installation code from your Widget House dashboard into the selected position in HTML view.
Keep the <script> and <div> container together in the same location and in the original order.
Do not remove, split, rename, or change any part of the installation code.
Do not wrap the code in additional <pre>, <code>, or <iframe> tags.
After pasting the code, use Preview to check the page before publishing it.
Step 4: Paste the Google Reviews Widget Code

Click Publish for a new page or Update for an existing page.
Open the live page in a new browser tab and make sure the Google Reviews Widget appears in the selected position.
Check the page on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Make sure the widget is fully visible and does not overlap text, images, buttons, forms, or other content.
Open another page or post and confirm that the widget does not appear there unless you added the installation code to that content as well.
If the widget does not appear, reopen the page in HTML view and make sure both the <script> and <div> were saved.
If the code appears as text, make sure it was added in HTML view rather than Compose view.
You may also need to refresh the live page, open it in a private browser window, or clear your browser cache.
Step 5: Publish and Check the Widget

Show the widget on All pages
Show It on All Pages of Your Website
In the Blogger dashboard, select the required blog and click Layout in the left-hand menu.
The Layout editor shows the shared sections and gadgets used by your Blogger theme.
Because the Google Reviews Widget is static, it should be added to a visible section of the layout rather than to a scripts-only area.
Using a shared Layout gadget allows the widget to appear wherever that section is displayed across your blog.
Step 1: Open the Blogger Layout Editor

Find a visible area where you want the Google Reviews Widget to appear across your blog.
A wide section near the bottom of the layout or above the footer is usually the best choice for a static reviews widget.
Click Add a Gadget in the selected area.
Avoid narrow sidebar positions if your widget uses a carousel or grid with several review cards.
If your theme does not provide a suitable shared area with an Add a Gadget option, ask a website developer to add a full-width gadget section or use Theme → More → Edit HTML only if you are comfortable editing the template.
Step 2: Choose a Shared Position for the Widget

In the gadget selection window, find HTML/JavaScript and click the + or Add button.
The Configure HTML/JavaScript window will open.
You can leave the Title field empty if you do not want Blogger to display an additional heading above the reviews.
Use the Content field for the complete Widget House installation code.
Step 3: Add an HTML/JavaScript Gadget

Paste the complete Google Reviews Widget installation code from your Widget House dashboard into the gadget's Content field.
Keep the loading <script> and the Google Reviews <div> container together and in the original order.
Do not edit the script URL, widget ID, HTML container, or any other part of the installation code.
Click Save to add the HTML/JavaScript gadget to your layout.
If necessary, drag the saved gadget to a different position in the Layout editor, then save the layout arrangement.
The code shown in the screenshots is an example. Use the installation code generated for your own widget before saving the gadget.
Step 4: Paste the Widget Code and Save the Layout

Open your live blog and check several page types, including the home page, a standalone page, an individual post, and an archive or label page.
The Google Reviews Widget should appear in the selected Layout position on every page where that shared section is displayed.
Check the widget on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Make sure it is fully visible and does not overlap navigation links, post content, sidebar elements, or footer content.
If the widget is too narrow or review cards are cut off, return to Layout and move the HTML/JavaScript gadget to a wider section.
If the widget is missing from a particular page type, your theme may hide the selected Layout section on that page. Choose another shared section or ask a developer to update the theme layout.
If the widget appears twice, check whether the installation code was also added directly to a page, post, or another HTML/JavaScript gadget.
If the latest changes are not visible, refresh the live blog, open it in a private browser window, and confirm that the Layout changes were saved.
Step 5: Check the Widget Across Your Blogger Website

All set. Your Google Reviews Widget should now be working on your Blogger website.
