Want to display customer reviews from Google on your Webnode website? This guide explains how to add the Widget House Google Reviews Widget to one selected page or copy the same widget block to multiple pages.
Before you begin, make sure you've created your widget and copied the installation code from your Widget House dashboard
Step-by-step guide to getting your Widget House widget code
Choose How You Want to Display the Widget
Add the widget to a single page
Log in to your Webnode account and select the website where you want to install the Google Reviews Widget.
Click Edit site to open the Webnode editor.
Open your Widget House dashboard and copy the complete installation code generated for your Google Reviews Widget.
The installation code contains two parts: a loading <script> and a visible <div> container with your unique widget ID. Keep both parts together and in the original order.
Plan requirement: Adding HTML code to the body of a Webnode website is a Premium feature. For projects created after June 26, 2023, it is available with any Webnode Premium package.
Step 1: Open Webnode and Copy the Widget Code
Open the page where you want the Google Reviews Widget to appear.
Scroll to the exact section where visitors should see the reviews.
The Google Reviews Widget is static, which means it appears exactly where its HTML content block is placed on the page.
For example, you can place the widget below a service description, above a contact form, before a call-to-action, inside a testimonials section, or near the bottom of the page.
Choose a wide area so the Google Reviews carousel, slider, or grid has enough horizontal space.
Step 2: Open the Page and Choose the Widget Position
Move your cursor over the selected page section until the + button for adding new content appears.
Click the + button to open the content menu.
Click the circle for more content options, then select HTML.
Webnode will open a field where you can insert custom HTML code.
Do not use a regular text block, because it can display the installation code as text instead of running the widget.
Step 3: Add an HTML Content Block
Paste the complete Google Reviews Widget installation code from your Widget House dashboard into the HTML field.
Keep the loading <script> and the Google Reviews <div> container together and in the original order.
Do not remove, split, rename, or change any part of the installation code.
Do not wrap the code in additional <pre>, <code>, or <iframe> tags.
Click OK or the available confirmation button to add the HTML block to the page.
The code shown in the screenshots is an example. Always use the installation code generated for your own widget so the correct reviews, settings, and design are displayed.
Step 4: Paste the Google Reviews Widget Code
Click Publish to apply the changes to your live website.
Webnode does not display inserted HTML content directly inside the editor. Open the published page in a new browser tab to check the final result.
Make sure the Google Reviews Widget appears in the selected position.
Check the page on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Make sure the reviews are fully visible and do not overlap text, images, buttons, forms, or other page content.
If the widget is too narrow, return to the editor and move the HTML block to a wider area or adjust the width of the surrounding content blocks.
If the widget does not appear, reopen the HTML block and confirm that both the <script> and <div> were saved.
You may also need to republish the website, refresh the live page, open it in a private browser window, or clear your browser cache.
Step 5: Publish and Check the Widget

Add the Widget to Multiple Pages
Important: Webnode does not create one global HTML block that automatically appears on every page. You can copy the completed Google Reviews block to several selected pages at once, but you will need to add it separately to any new pages created later.
First, add the complete Widget House installation code to an HTML content block on one page.
Place the block in the exact position where you want the reviews to appear.
Publish the website and confirm that the Google Reviews Widget works correctly before copying the block to other pages.
Do not place the complete static widget in Settings → Website header and footer. That area can load global scripts but does not create a controlled visible position for the Google Reviews container.
Step 1: Add and Test the Widget on the First Page
Return to the page containing the working Google Reviews HTML block.
Click the block to select it.
Click the three dots button displayed directly on the HTML content block.
Select Move.
The Move dialog allows you to move the block to another page or copy it while keeping the original block on the current page.
Step 2: Open the HTML Block Actions
In the page selection dialog, enable Keep the block on this page as well. This changes the action from moving the block to copying it.
Select every page where you want the Google Reviews Widget to appear.
Webnode allows you to select multiple destination pages in the same action.
You can copy content blocks to regular website pages, product pages, and blog articles.
Confirm the action to copy the HTML block and its complete Widget House installation code to the selected destinations.
Step 3: Copy the Widget Block to Multiple Pages
Open the pages where the HTML block was copied.
Make sure the Google Reviews block appears in the intended section of each page.
If necessary, drag the block to a more suitable position. Webnode marks the available placement areas while you move the block.
Adjust the width of the block or its surrounding content area if the widget needs more horizontal space.
Use approximately the same relative position on each page so the reviews appear consistently across your website.
You can copy the widget only to destinations available in the Webnode page selection dialog. If a required page is not listed, open that page separately and check whether it supports regular content blocks.
Step 4: Check the Block Position on the Copied Pages
Click Publish after the widget block has been copied and positioned on all required pages.
Open several live pages, such as the home page, contact page, service page, product page, or blog article.
The Google Reviews Widget should appear on every page where the HTML content block was copied.
Check the widget on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Make sure it is fully visible and does not overlap navigation, text, images, buttons, forms, or other content.
If the widget is missing from a page, return to that page in the editor and confirm that it contains the copied HTML block.
If the widget appears twice, check whether the HTML block was copied more than once to the same page and remove the duplicate.
If the widget is too narrow on one page but works correctly on another, compare the block width and surrounding page layout.
Remember to copy the widget block to any new pages that you create later.
Step 5: Publish and Check the Widget Across Your Pages
All set. Your Google Reviews Widget should now be working on your Webnode website.
